How to order Custom Logo
| 1. Choose (1) Products (2) Sizes (3) Quantities of the item that you wish to have custom logo printed. |

| 2. Check the printable area for each programs. | |
|
|
| 3. Send us your logo layout image by email. | |
| *Please see printing guide lines. | |

| 4. We will send you an art approval form by email. | |
|
|
| 5. Please fax back or email back the art approval form along with your PO. | |
| *It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the custom logo order. Please contact us for the status. | |
| Printing guideline | |
To help you prepare your file for custom logo printing we have some guidelines that should be followed in order to obtain the best results. |
|
| 1. Please prepare your file created in illustrator up to CS3. | |
| 2. We can't print any grayscale. | |
| 3. Please convert all fonts outlines. | |
| 4. If you don't have illustrator file, please send us at least 300 dpi jpg, eps or psd file. | |
| 5. We don't accept any Microsoft Office data (Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher). | |
| 6. If you wish to have only your company name, phone number and/or web address printed, and don' t have any font requirement, please specify it. | |
| 7. Please make the font size bigger than 8pt, and the line width thicker than 1/16". | |
| 8. Please contact us if you have any questions. | |

FAQ

Q. Can I mix and order different sizes and colors of CableWraps to make 250 pieces? |
| A. Yes you can. The minimum for the size and product color is 100 pieces. i.e.) You may order 125 pieces 1"X3" CableWrap Yellow and 125 pieces of 1"X14" Green CableWrap. |
Q. Can I mix and order different width of CableWraps to make 250 pieces? |
| A. Yes you can. We print the same image for all 250 pieces, therefore the smallest size image will be printed on all the sizes. i.e.) If you order 5/8"X6 and 2"X18 CableWraps, then we will print the image size of 7/16" X 1" for both pull tabs. |
Q. If I order 250 pieces Yellow Ink and 250 pieces White ink - Total 500 pieces, the printing fee will be $0.25/print? |
| A. No. It will be $0.32/print for Yellow ink and $0.32/print for White ink. |
Q. What color ink is most outstanding? |
| A. Program 1 is pad printing process, and we recommend to choose White or Yellow ink for dark color pull tabs. If you choose Red or Blue ink, it will be appeared dark Red and dark Blue. |
Q. Do I need to pay Plate set-up fee for second time? |
| A. No. We keep your plate in our warehouse, so you can only pay for printing fee and straps for second time. |
Q. I want to set-up two different images. What is the minium and how much is the set-up fee for 2nd plate. |
| A. The minimum for printing is 250 pieces per ink and image. The second plate set-up fee is $35.00. |

Q. I need to order 1000 CableWrap now. Can I order 2000 pieces pull-tabs to take an advantage of the price, because I will order it again anyway? |
| A. Yes you can. We can keep unused pull-tabs in our warehouse for your future order. So you can pay only for Straps for second time. |
Q. Can I have two ink color? |
| A. Yes you can. Please ask for the quote for multi color ink. |
Q. Can you match with the Pantone Color? |
| A. Yes we can. Please specify it when you place an order. |
Program 3 |
Q. Can I mix and order Program 1 and Program 3? |
| A. Yes you can. The minimum for the size and product color is 100 pieces. The smallest image size will be printed on all the items. i.e.) You may order 125 pieces 3/4" X 7" EconoWrap Black and 125 pieces of 2"X 18" Orange CableWrap. The Printable image should be 5/8" X 1-3/4" for both items. |
